Give Big Green Bay highlights the important work nonprofits are doing in every corner of our community. Each year, a unique group of nonprofits is selected to highlight the strength, diversity, and dedication of organizations serving Brown County.

This year, from Wednesday, February 19 at noon to Thursday, Feb 20 at noon, donors can select UW-Green Bay Foundation, specifically the education of future teachers, as a recipient of a gift during Give BIG Green Bay.

At UWGB, our mission is to teach anyone willing to learn, and there’s no greater priority than training the next generation of educators. With a critical local teacher shortage, a gift during Give Big Green Bay can help provide scholarships and hands-on teaching experiences, ensuring a talented and passionate group of future teachers. Our grads want to stay in our area and contribute. Who knows? Your generosity may help teach a child you know, even your own!
