Record Disposal Shred Date Scheduled
Records Management has scheduled February 19, 2025, between 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. for departments to dispose of older records that are past their designated retention period as described on an approved Record Schedule. These records can be either electronic or paper.
To take part in the Confidential Record Destruction Process, complete a Confidential Disposal Form by listing your records with their origin date. Next, use the Record Schedule List link to search for a schedule that matches your record description. Determine if the retention period has been met, and if so, forward the form to the Records Officer. You will then receive a confirmation to bring your items to the Mail Room Loading Dock on the designated date.
