Confidential Record Disposal

Records Management has scheduled February 18, 2026, between 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. to dispose of records.  These records can be either electronic or paper.

To take part in the Confidential Record Destruction Process, complete a Confidential Disposal Form by listing your records with their origin date. Match these records to an approved record schedule from the Record Schedule List.  If the retention period has passed, add to your CDF Form and forward the form to maines@uwgb.edu.  You will then receive a confirmation to either delete the electronic records or bring your items to the Mail Room Loading Dock on the designated date.
