The Y’s 21C programs can best be described as an extension of the school day, offering students who may be dealing with issues such as poverty, homelessness, poor hygiene, and language barriers a safe and fun environment where Y staff help them grow and thrive in academics, social skills, and emotional development. This is an 11-month position working August-June; Monday-Friday approximately 10:30am-6:30pm during the school year, with flexible scheduling during summer. Enjoy the month of July off work!
|As the 21C Site Director at Doty Elementary School, you are responsible for overseeing a safe, engaging, and educational environment in collaboration with the school district and staff, the YMCA, and the parents and approximately 100 children served by the 21C after-school program. This is accomplished through building collaborative relationships, meeting 21C grant requirements, delivering creative programming, and leading a staff and volunteers to deliver quality programming.|
|Salary & Benefits||$34,000 (11 months) negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include Medical, Dental and Life insurance, PTO and holiday pay, a generous 11% retirement contribution upon eligibility, STD/LTD, free Household membership and program discounts.|
