2017 Student Bi-Weekly Payroll Schedule

The 2017 Student Payroll Schedule is now available on our website:

http://www.uwgb.edu/hr/documents/StudentBiWeeklyPayrollSchedule2017.pdf

As a reminder, the payroll schedule outlines hour limits to ensure compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and UW System policy changes that became effective January 1, 2016 for student employees.  As an update for this year, the 2017 calendar includes an additional pay period reduction for July A (6/25/17-7/8/17). Due to further clarification on eligibility requirements for ACA full-time employment, hours must be reduced for these two weeks to 20 hours per week in order to maintain compliance.  HR will send out reminders as the July A payroll approaches, but please take into consideration the hour limits as you plan your student’s work schedules.
