Welcome Peggy Osthelder!

On May 28, 2019, the UW-Green Bay, Sheboygan Campus Solution Center welcomed Peggy Osthelder as an Information Specialist.

Peggy comes to the Sheboygan Campus from the Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) where she worked for almost 7 years. She worked as the Energy Education Center Project Assistant then the Program Assistant – Agriculture, Energy & Transportation, and most recently as the Student Affairs Coordinator.

In addition of CVTC, Peggy has worked at the Eau Claire YMCA as a group exercise instructor for over 6 years, teaching strength-based classes and cycling. She also completed toga teacher training in Fall 2017 and has been teaching yoga at the Yoga Room for 2 years. She looks forward to finding a new place to teach yoga in the Sheboygan Community.

She really enjoys being outside and loves to run, hike, and bike. The past few summers, she also played kickball for a city recreation league. She also enjoys reading good books and seeing live music.

Peggy has a Bachelor’s of Arts-Mass Communication-Public Relations with a minor in Environmental Science from UW-Eau Claire. She is originally from Plymouth, Wisconsin and recently got engaged to her fiancé, Drew. They’ve been together for 12 years and are excited to get married in the next year and purchase their first home.

Peggy says “I’m excited to join the team at the UW-Green Bay, Sheboygan Campus! I completed my first year of college at this campus and am excited about helping other students begin their journey in higher education there also”.

Welcome Dan Karoliussen!

On April 15, 2019, the Office of Residence Life welcomed Dan Karoliussen as a University Services Program Associate for Operations.

Dan comes to us from the Green Bay Area Public School District where he spent the last four years working in Human Resources. He received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from UW-Green Bay.

Dan is married to Zhuxin who is a Math and Chinese teacher at the Green Bay Area Public School District. Dan and Zhuxin met while studying at UW-Green Bay.

He enjoys spending time walking outdoors, trying new food, traveling and experiencing different cultures. Dan is originally from Harshaw, Wisconsin.

Welcome Sadie Buboltz!

On April 1, 2019, the Human Biology department welcomed Sadie Buboltz as an Assistant Professor.

Sadie comes to UW-Green Bay with experience as an Athletic Trainer at the Division I and Division II levels. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Carthage College, a Masters of Education from Carthage College, and a Doctor of Athletic Training from the University of Idaho. Her research focuses on the holistic approach to sports medicine.

She enjoys reading, running, and spending time with family and friends. She is married with a baby on the way, has two cats and a dog and is from De Pere, WI.
