Welcome Allen Huffcutt!

On August 19, 2019, the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business welcomed Allen Huffcutt as an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management.

Allen comes to UW-Green Bay from Bradley University in Peoria, IL. He holds a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University.

In his free time, Allen enjoys fishing. He is originally from Waupaca and is married with seven children, two dogs, and three cats.

Welcome Miranda Schornack!

On August 19, 2019, the Education department welcomed Miranda Schornack as an Assistant Professor in Education.

Miranda comes to UW-Green Bay from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities where she spent 4 years.

In her free time, Miranda volunteers in local schools and with the Boy Scouts of America. She is also a submissions reviewer for American Educational research Association Annual Meeting. She enjoys traveling with her spouse and children, learning languages, rock climbing, running, dancing, swimming, hiking, canoeing, and kayaking.

Miranda holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She is originally from Faribault, MN and she has a spouse and two children.

Welcome Jae Hoon Choi!

On August 19, 2019, the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business welcomed Jae Hoon Choi as an Assistant Professor in Data Science & Business Analytics.

Jae comes to UW-Green Bay with 3 years in academia, 3 years in industry and 3 years of military service.

He has a Ph.D. in CSIS, M.S. in Information Management, and a B.S. in Economics.

Jae is originally from South Korea and has a wife and son.

Welcome Julialicia Case!

On August 19, 2019, the Humanities department welcomed Julialicia Case as an Instructor.

Julialicia comes to UW-Green Bay from the University of Cincinnati where she was a graduate student in English and Creative Writing. She holds a PhD from the University of Cincinnati, a MA from the University of California – Davis, and a BA from Bryn Mawr College.

In her free time, Julialicia enjoys running and outdoor activities, playing a variety of games (board, role-playing, video), and recently adopted an energetic tiny dog who she is trying to train. In the past, she’s enjoyed singing with the Young Professionals Choral Collective of Cincinnati (OH) and the Greater Decatur Chorale (Decatur, IL).

Julialicia is originally from Carlisle, PA and is married to Tony who is an English professor at Millikin University. In addition to their new dog (Ari), they also have two cats (Charlie and Wendell).

Welcome Nabila Rubaiya!

On August 19, 2019, the Resch School of Engineering welcomed Nabila Rubaiya as a Lecturer for Mechanical Engineering.

Nabila comes to us from Chart Energy & Chemicals where she was a Sales Engineer for almost 14 months. She holds a M.SC in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

In her free time, Nabila enjoys gardening and playing table tennis. She is married to Golam Mushin Tanimul Ahsan who is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science here at UWGB. She is originally from Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Congratulations Kiel Nikolakakis!

On August 19, 2019, Kiel Nikolakakis will transition to a Lecturer in Natural and Applied Sciences!

Kiel was a previous Associate Lecturer at UW-Green Bay for 2 years. He has a B.S. in Biochemistry from UC Santa Barbara, 2007, a PhD in Chemistry from UC Santa Barbara in 2013, and Post Doctoral research with Dr. Edward Ruby from UW Madison from 2013-2016.

In his free time, Kiel volunteers at the Green Bay Humane Society and enjoys backpacking, fishing, trap shooting, and disc golf.

Kiel is originally from Templeton, California and is married to Dr. Karen Stahlheber and they have a 2 year old son Alex.

Welcome Roger Wareham!

On August 18, 2019, the Office of Grants & Research department welcomed Roger Wareham as the Director of the Office of Grants and Research.

Roger comes to UW-Green Bay from the University of West Georgia where he’s worked since 2018. Prior to that he has worked at the University of Minnesota, Morris, the National Science Foundation, and the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.

He is involved in various community activities and enjoys walking, reading, cooking, and traveling.

Roger has a Master of Fine Arts in Arts Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Utah University. He is originally from Kearns, Utah and has a partner, Ray Schultz from Morris, Minnesota.
