Special Events Room
Other notes:

  • This event is FREE to students, faculty/staff and Kress members
  • Participants are encouraged to bring a sweatshirt, blanket and/or pillow for the Nidra portion
  • This event is for ALL levels – experienced or new to yoga, you are sure to find your place on the mat

Get your sweat on from temple to toe.  Led by certified Yoga instructor, Liz.  This 90 minute practice starts with a flowing Power Yoga practice, and will be closed with a deep meditation (Nidra) where you will be invited to surrender to the ultimate state of letting go.

Mid semester can be stressful, why not work it out on the mat with a good sweat followed by a chance to take time for yourself and simply just breathe.

We hope you’ll join us for this magical event!

Please feel free to respond to this email, or email Liz at branel06@uwgb.edu, if you have any questions!
