Rising Phoenix Program Manager – Open to UW System Employees Only

The Rising Phoenix Program Manager will serve as the manager for UW-Green Bay’s Rising Phoenix Early College High School. The Rising Phoenix program provides dual enrollment courses within a school district and at UW-Green Bay campuses with the opportunity for students to earn an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree during high school. This position will develop and manage this innovative dual enrollment program by building relationships with school district leaders, establishing new partnerships, and supervise Student Success Coaches who provide direct student support and enrollment services. Talent Management and Development Specialist

 The Talent Management and Development Specialist reports to the Director of Human Resources and Affirmative Action Officer and is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing the human resources-related learning and development needs for faculty and staff. This position is also responsible for coordinating talent acquisition processes for specific divisions and serves as a point of contact to the campus community to recruit, retain, and sustain a high-quality and diverse workforce prepared to address challenges and opportunities in an educational environment.

This position will be responsible for facilitating faculty and staff resources that support the University’s mission and strategic priorities regarding equity, diversity, and inclusion. This position will serve as a resource to foster an inclusive institutional culture, support faculty and staff recruitment, engagement, and retention, and create and nurture intentional relationships with diverse communities both internal and external to UW-Green Bay. Other responsibilities of this position include leading professional development and activities related to employee wellness, supporting performance management processes, and partnering on employee engagement initiatives. HIMT Director and Assistant Professor/Lecturer

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (UWGB) is a partner in the University of Wisconsin-Extended Campus (UWEX) online Health Information Management and Technology (HIMT) Bachelor’s degree program with three other campuses (UW-LaCrosse, UW-Parkside, and UW-Stevens Point). This degree is an online Bachelor of Science degree. UWEX supports program national marketing, instructional design, recruitment, information technology, media, and a portion of student services: UWGB supports academic affairs (e.g., curriculum, academic policies), student progression and student services, local marketing, and program oversight and accreditation.

The HIMT Program Director will work closely with the Nursing and Health Studies (NHS) Chair and the UW Extended Campus HIMT Program Manager in the development of local marketing, recruitment, student services, and online courses that deliver curriculum and services consistent with the collaboration/authorization agreement. The UWGB HIMT Program Director will be responsible for administration and continuous review of the UWGB HIMT program as well as compliance with accreditation requirements. Teaching in the HIMT program is a significant part of the position. If the position is hired as a Lecturer, this position will also work closely with the UWGB Academic Director for HIMT.

Deadline Extended – Facilities Repair Worker

This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and the primary responsibilities of this position include the performance of general facilities maintenance and minor remodeling work to campus buildings and equipment.  In addition, this position will perform preventative maintenance to building structures, including cosmetic and/or decorative improvements.  This position will provide professional advice with materials and time required to complete various tasks, read blueprints and follow MSDS recommendations and requirements.   This position will also perform mechanical and carpentry repair work, painting, woodworking, train student and/or LTE staff, direct/coordinate student and/or LTE work, and maintain inventory and supplies.
