Director of Player Development – Men’s Basketball

Custodian Float

This position reports to the Custodian Services Supervisor and is responsible for the overall appearance and cleanliness of the designated work area.  Work performed in this position includes manual cleaning and maintenance of UWGB buildings.  General areas of responsibility include: cleaning offices, restrooms, and other building areas; maintaining all floor surfaces including mopping, buffing, vacuuming, shampooing, and refinishing; cleaning windows (inside and outside); cleaning furniture; assisting with furniture, piano and equipment moves as required; stocking restrooms and custodial work areas with necessary supplies and products; waste and recycling removal; snow removal and salting of building entrances.  This position will be required to drive a State vehicle and travel between work locations as needed.

Health Educator for Sexual Violence Prevention (50% Appointment)

This position reports to the Director of Counseling and Health, and is responsible for providing and coordinating sexual assault and violence prevention trainings and programming. This person also serves as the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator, providing advocacy and support to victims who report sexual assault or violence. The Health Educator will work collaboratively with campus and community to implement evidence-based programming to students, faculty and staff recognizing cultural, social justice and student health issues, and using theoretical frameworks and evidence based approaches.

University Services Program Associate (2 Vacancies)

These positions will report to one of the respective Directors in Wisconsin Community-Based Residential Facilities (CBRF) Training Registry or Continuing Professional Education in the Continuing Education and Community Engagement Department. Duties include handling a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities, such as providing a high level of customer service on campus and with external customers and partnering organizations. This includes interacting with a diverse audience by communicating procedural information, interpreting and implementing regulations and policies, and resolving complex problems. Program support includes registration, billing, payment, updating websites, and coordinating program logistics.

Head Cheer Coach (10% Appointment)

The 10% Head Cheer Coach position reports to the Director of Athletics Communications and is responsible for supervising, training, and instructing the cheer team. This will include proper training and performance at all practices and required athletic events. This position is also responsible for development and utilization of the team budget; recruiting cheer team members who meet admissions requirements; managing all cheer squad appearance requests both on-campus and within the community; and maintaining proper safety certification.

Facilities Maintenance Specialist – Locksmith (Deadline Extended)

This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of locksets and door hardware. This position will also perform general inspection, repair, and preventative maintenance of campus building structures including doors locks hardware and various campus equipment. Duties also include the maintenance of an appropriate parts inventory, ordering parts and providing professional advice on the materials and time required to complete various tasks. This position may also direct the work of student and/or University Staff Temporary employees.

Financial Specialist Senior

This position reports to the Director of Facilities Management and Planning and provides financial and administrative support for the Department of Facilities Management and Planning and is responsible for the daily operation of the Facilities Department financial systems, including monitoring the departmental budget and subsequent generation of reports.  This position will also serve as the secondary contact for support of the TMA and customer service contact for the department.

This position reports to the Vice Chancellor for Advancement and identifies, qualifies, cultivates and solicits individuals and organizations for philanthropic support of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (UWGB). Office Manager – Counseling and Health Center (75% Project Appointment)

This position reports to the Director of Counseling and Health, and manages the billing, purchasing, and budget processes for the Counseling and Health Center. This position also provides administrative assistance to the director and contracted staff, including maintaining provider contracts. Additionally, this position supports the client check in, triaging, scheduling, and clinical record processes for the Counseling and Health Center. This is a 75%, one-year project appointment. Typical work hours will be Monday through Friday, between 7:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with the majority of scheduled work hours during the academic year.

Student Services Coordinator (Internal Vacancy)

This position reports to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs/Director of Graduate Studies and will serve as the primary contact for currently enrolled and potential graduate students. This individual will ensure that student academic support needs are met by managing student activities from initial interest in the programs, to assisting potential students with the application and admissions process, to monitoring students’ progress toward degree completion, and counseling prospective and admitted students about degree/academic requirements. The Student Services Coordinator will also be responsible for maximizing the available technology for the purpose of recruiting students to UW-Green Bay. A special emphasis is placed on developing and implementing robust applications for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, along with developing reports to support analysis of KPI and ROI for the Director of Graduate Studies and developing operational policies.
