Welcome Tori Grant Welhouse!

On June 17, 2019, the Marketing and University Communications department welcomed Tori Grant Welhouse as a Marketing Manager.

Prior to coming to UW-Green Bay, Tori worked at Spectrum Reach for over 5 years and she is a Greater Green Bay Ambassador. Tori is involved in the Regional VP Wisconsin Fellowship of Poets and enjoys writing, golfing, biking, snowmobiling, ATVing, travel and photography.

Tori holds a BA in English from Carroll University and a MFA from Antioch University. She is from Green Bay where she lives with her husband Douglas and has three adult children: Devin Welhouse, Fergus Grant, and Arabella Welhouse.

Custodian Float

This position reports to the Custodian Services Supervisor and is responsible for the overall appearance and cleanliness of the designated work area.  Work performed in this position includes manual cleaning and maintenance of UWGB buildings.  General areas of responsibility include: cleaning offices, restrooms, and other building areas; maintaining all floor surfaces including mopping, buffing, vacuuming, shampooing, and refinishing; cleaning windows (inside and outside); cleaning furniture; assisting with furniture, piano and equipment moves as required; stocking restrooms and custodial work areas with necessary supplies and products; waste and recycling removal; snow removal and salting of building entrances.  This position will be required to drive a State vehicle and travel between work locations as needed.

Facilities Maintenance Specialist – Locksmith (Deadline Extended)

This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of locksets and door hardware. This position will also perform general inspection, repair, and preventative maintenance of campus building structures including doors locks hardware and various campus equipment. Duties also include the maintenance of an appropriate parts inventory, ordering parts and providing professional advice on the materials and time required to complete various tasks. This position may also direct the work of student and/or University Staff Temporary employees.

Financial Specialist Senior

This position reports to the Director of Facilities Management and Planning and provides financial and administrative support for the Department of Facilities Management and Planning and is responsible for the daily operation of the Facilities Department financial systems, including monitoring the departmental budget and subsequent generation of reports.  This position will also serve as the secondary contact for support of the TMA and customer service contact for the department.

Executive Director of Advancement

This position reports to the Vice Chancellor for Advancement and identifies, qualifies, cultivates and solicits individuals and organizations for philanthropic support of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (UWGB). The Executive Director builds relationships, solicits and secures gifts and pledges, and provides regular stewardship of donors and their gifts. The Executive Director raises funds in support of the University and its academic programs, departments, services, special initiatives, facilities, students, faculty and staff. The Executive Director may supervise advancement support staff in donor relations, gift processing, information technology, and alumni relations.

Welcome Adam Landenberger!

On June 3, 2019, the Admissions Office welcomed Adam Landenberger as an Admissions Advisor for the Marinette/Upper Michigan Area.

Prior to coming to UW-Green Bay, Adam worked for Tradehome Shoes as a manager for 1 year. Adam has a B.A. in Business Administration from UW-Stout.

He is involved in Theatre on the Bay and is a volunteer for Crossing River Support Group. He enjoys cooking, baking, camping, and corgi walking.

Adam is originally from Marinette, WI. His family consists of his husband Steve, parents Tom and Amy, and sister Alyssa.
