Front Desk & Mailroom Manager

This position reports to the Administrative Manager for Housing Administration and Operations and assists in carrying out the mission and philosophy of the Housing and Residential Education.  Housing and Residential Education provides housing for approximately 2,000 students during the academic year and 2,000 guests during the summer months; and employs approximately 18 fulltime staff and 125 student employees.  Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  a) managing information desk and student mailroom services; b) overseeing building and room access systems; and c) providing administrative services.

Residential Education Coordinator (Formerly Area Coordinator, 2 Vacancies)

The Residential Education Coordinator reports to the Associate Director; and assumes additional responsibilities assigned by and makes recommendations to the Director. The Residential Education Coordinator (REC) position assists in carrying out the mission and philosophy of Housing and Residential Education.  Housing and Residential Education provides housing for 2,000 students during the academic year and 2,500 guests during the summer.  The REC is responsible for overseeing a community of approximately 500 residents; and with the help of Resident Assistants (RAs), strives to develop and maintain a safe, enjoyable, supportive and inclusive living environment for residents where they can achieve academic success and personal growth and development.  The REC is a member of the Residence Life team and holds administrative responsibilities, participates in committees and meetings, and serves students in a multitude of ways.

This position reports to the Custodial Services Supervisor and maintains the overall appearance and cleanliness of the designated work area.  Work performed in this position includes manual cleaning and maintenance of UWGB buildings.  General areas of responsibility include: cleaning offices, restrooms, and other building areas; maintaining all floor surfaces including mopping, buffing, vacuuming, shampooing, and refinishing; cleaning windows (inside and outside); cleaning furniture; assisting with furniture, piano and equipment moves as required; stocking restrooms and custodial work areas with necessary supplies and products; waste and recycling removal; snow removal and salting of building entrances. This position will be required to drive a State vehicle and travel between work locations as needed.

Senior Associate Athletic Director for Resource Enhancement

This position reports to the Director of Athletics and oversees daily operations of multiple sports programs and the coordination of key administrative functions within areas of responsibility. This position coordinates and oversees all multi-media rights for Phoenix athletics including all corporate sponsorships, radio, TV and digital media.
