Executive Program Manager, Rising Phoenix Early College High School

This position reports to the Executive Director of K-12 and Community Relations and oversees the Rising Phoenix program which strives to serve diverse student groups with a particular emphasis on equity and access for groups that are traditionally underrepresented and underserved in higher education. Rising Phoenix is a dual enrollment program that provides students in partner school district with the opportunity to earn a UW-Green Bay Associate of Arts and Sciences degree during high school. This position provides guidance for program planning, implementation, evaluation, and supervises Rising Phoenix Student Success Coaches who provide direct student advising and support. The Executive Manager promotes stable and productive relationships between UW-Green Bay and school districts while striving to expand and increase access to the program. This highly collaborative position works closely with other program staff in the K-12 and Community Relations program as well as the Executive Director of K-12 and Community Relations in order to grow the reach of the program while monitoring program budgets to ensure program sustainability.

IT Business Analyst II

This position reports to the IT Business Analyst III and conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses in an effort to align information technology (IT) solutions with business initiatives. Prepares functional, system, and program specifications. Holds a higher level of technical skills and application in their work, variation in activities, longer-term work, latitude to apply skills to solve routine problems without review, and some latitude to devise the approach and method to performing assignments. Supports the design & development, enhancement, implementation, maintenance, and documentation of Information Technology systems and software.  Provides IT business analysis, business process improvement and/or automation, recommendations & guidance, project management, system administration, configuration, technical & functional support, issue resolution, documentation & training, and/or reporting.  Acts as a liaison between other IT staff, functional staff, and/or vendors.  May serve as a primary IT contact for specific departments or divisions.

Multimedia Operations Coordinator

This position reports to Associate AD for External Operations and oversees all live and creative video productions and multimedia efforts for the Green Bay Athletics Department. Primary responsibility includes executing and coordinating live video production stream to ESPN platforms for select sports and other media outlets as designated. Helps create and design marketing and promotional video content. This position will also assist with the day to day efforts in the Athletics Communications office, include sport coverage, and website maintenance.
