Facilities Associate Director

The Associate Director reports directly to the Chief Facilities Officer and directs the business operational functions, financial support, operations/custodial, waste management, recycling, central receiving/mail center/surplus services of facilities to ensure they meet the needs of the university and its employees.

This position is responsible for department business operational functions; capital inventory support; office support supervision of the Financial Specialist, Operations, and Central Receiving; and serves as a liaison between Facilities services and the university. This position also has oversight capacities of the work order system, purchase orders, and office supplies. This position will serve as a customer service contact for the Facilities Management office.
