ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The UW-Green Bay Office of Human Resources and Workforce Diversity is recruiting for an approximately 18-month, full-time HR Coordinator. This position will serve as a critical HR team member during the upcoming transition to Workday, which will replace our current Human Resources System (HRS).
The HR Coordinator will directly report to the Senior HR/AA Officer with dotted line responsibilities to other leaders within the Office of Human Resources and Workforce Diversity. This position will create and maintain human resources (HR) records, coordinate logistics for one or many HR functions, and process various HR specific transactions to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations. Specifically, this position will be responsible for coordinating full-scope recruitments for select departments, data entry in HRS/Workday, support for records management functions, facilitation of training/process identification for select Workday modules, and directed project support for the Workday transition.
