Many of us know that getting along with others is the key to success. Our ability to “play nicely in the sandbox” is fundamental to both our career and our health. We will discuss what an emotion is, why you are having it and understand how our feelings can affect our moods in our daily life and the people that surround us.

Meet your Facilitator: Dena Moscola

With a passion to help, Dena spent her early career in human services. Rising quickly to management, she helped adults with special needs reach higher potentials professionally. This provided her with direct experience in multiple industries as she assisted leaders and teams in working with a variety of personalities and styles.

In 1997, Dena expanded her services to both private and public sectors. She successfully blends a diverse background from multi-industry leadership experience plus strong personal development, resulting in accelerated long lasting habit change.  Dena services are customized to include strategic planning/implementation; communication; team building; prioritization; conflict resolution; employee engagement; succession training; change management; influence; empowerment; performance management; work/life balance and more.  Today, Dena works with leaders and teams who are ready to get better results.  She also provides content creation and leadership train-the-trainer programs.  Her approach is a partnership that is flexible and centered around her clients’ agendas.
