The University of Wisconsin – Green Bay welcomes applications for two Financial Specialist II positions. These positions are located on the Green Bay campus in our Continuing Education and Community Engagement Division and the Division of Information Technology. These positions will assist in the management of multiple budgets and assume responsibility for daily financial and administrative support within the respective hiring area. Both positions will work closely with the area director in financial and administrative management.
These positions will be responsible for the financial transactions within the respective area including reviewing, approving purchases, oversight of department chargebacks, completion of payroll authorization forms, preparation of financial reports and internal support of financial transactions to the assigned program area.
