Administrative Manager for Housing Administration and Operations

This position reports to the Interim Executive Director of Housing & Residential Education and is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for housing administrative services with primary responsibilities including, but are not limited to: a) residential community center operations (Front Desk /Mailroom Reservations); b) safety & security programs; c) marketing/communication; d) information technology/data reporting; and e) Housing & Residential Education (HRE) staff training and development. In addition, this role provides support to ongoing efforts and operations of the Residential Education and Occupancy Management/Financial Management teams. This position serves in the 365 day on-duty rotation with the Residential Education Coordinator staff and includes on-campus housing.
