This position reports to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Policy and Compliance and serves as the primary employment relations coordinator, responsible for various labor relations functions. This position also serves as the Title IX Co-Coordinator. This position will support compliance and policy development, coordinate temporary employment on campus and oversee records management for the Office of Human Resources and Workforce Diversity. This position must be knowledgeable on a wide variety of HR laws, policies and procedures covering employment including Wisconsin Statute, Administrative Code, UW System Personnel Guidelines, various UW-Green Bay policies and handbooks, as well as various federal and state employment laws. This position requires a high level of independent judgment, superior written and verbal communication skills and ability to work under pressure to meet departmental demands.
