Human Resources Assistant

This position reports to the Human Resources Manager/AA Officer and is the lead worker for personnel transaction entry. This position coordinates and enters personnel transaction data in the Human Resources System (HRS), processes student employment paperwork, and handles various recruitment activities for assigned departments. Other responsibilities of this position include records management, exit processing, volunteer management, performance evaluation process support, and assisting with miscellaneous administrative duties. This position will serve as an HR liaison with internal and external staff, interact with others to resolve problems, and communicate policy and procedure information as needed.
