The University of Wisconsin System is embarking on a complete redesign of its current classification and compensation structure. The goal of the Title and Total Compensation Study is to modernize the existing title and compensation programs which will, in turn, attract and retain the best talent for the organization. The study is underway and has now moved into Phase 2 of 5, focused on assessment of current positions and modernizing the job title structure.
