2017-2018 Employee Virtual Parking Permit Purchase

Ongoing employee’s payroll deduction for virtual parking permits is now available for the 2017-2018 academic year. The virtual parking permit is your license plate and an automated license plate reader camera is used to verify permits.  “Vehicles displaying only one license plate must park with the plate facing the travel portion of the parking lot” – is required for the reader camera to function.

Ongoing employees wishing to elect payroll deduction should use their campus log in at https://sis.uwgb.edu/parking/employee/  (online payroll deduction will close September 5, 2017).  After logging in please complete these two steps:

  1. Verify your license plate information from last year is accurate, or make the necessary changes.   You may enter more than one vehicle license plate, but only one vehicle can be parked on campus at a time. The permit holder is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to the parking permit system.  AND
  2. You must check the box and agree to the payroll deduction terms.

Ongoing employees choosing not to use payroll deduction or who want to purchase term permits can do so at the Bursar’s office with cash or check.  Please enter plate(s) at https://sis.uwgb.edu/parking/employee/ prior to payment at the Bursar’s office.

Ad Hocs, Associate Lecturers, University or Academic Staff temporary or those who work on campus but are not employees of UWGB, must go to the Bursar’s office to purchase a Virtual Permit with cash or check and to enter plates since payroll deduction is not available.
