The Assistant Director – Business Operations reports to the Director of the University Union and supports the daily operation and administration of University Union business, financial, service, and support operations. This includes management and supervision of financial operations including cash handling, deposits, reconciliation, training, and audits; program management of the campus one-card system which includes management of meal plans; supervision and management of the University Ticketing and Information Center including ID Services; management of the Off-Campus Merchant Program and JSA On-line card office; budget development, support, and coordination for all sub departments of the University Union; and serve as a key member of the University Union management team providing input, feedback, support, and service for department-wide initiatives. The Assistant Director performs all the duties of a professional student services advisor related to the mission and role statement of the University Union.
