The Enrollment Services Manager reports to the Dean of Enrollment Services, and coordinates and manages all operations of the integrated Green Bay One Stop Shop (GBOSS). This position will supervise and train Student Services Specialists, and coordinate Welcome Center operations. This position is responsible for developing, communicating, and implementing new ideas, as well as analyzing business practices to improve policy and procedure based on interactions with students and families, faculty, and staff.
