Printing Manager and Content Assistant

The Printing Manager and Content Assistant within the Marketing and University Communication Office serves as the campus print purchasing manager.  This position reviews all complex and routine campus requests for outside printing and determines the appropriate printing vendor; provides advice to members of the campus community regarding their University-related printing needs; develops bid specifications for complex and/or specialty printing jobs that are not covered by state contract and analyzes vendor bids for pricing to ensure compliance with specifications and awards contracts in accordance with state law. This position will also assist with content proofing and brand management (editing and/or posting blogs, press releases, photo galleries and other duties as assigned) for the Office of Marketing and University Communication.
