2015-2016 Career Progression/Title Change Process

As communicated in the 2015-2016 Annual Appointment Letters for Academic Staff and Limited employees, Career Progression and Title Change requests should be submitted to the respective dean/division head by Friday, September 25, 2015.  Please see the Academic Staff Handbook, Chapter 4 or the Career Progression/Title Change Process Guidelines for more specific information.

Requests will be reviewed by the dean/division head and submitted on to the area leader by early October.  All requests will then be reviewed by Human Resources during October-November.  HR feedback and reccomendations will be provided to the Position Review Commitee by late November, and then passed on the Chancellor for final review and approval.  Employees will be notified of finalized decisions after review and approval, by March 2016.
