It can be challenging and exciting to start the next chapter in your life. You’ll meet many people and make great connections. Once you find your clique I advise you all to go out and explore what your college has to offer because they will have many groups and organizations. Once you find the perfect one that fits you, join it!. Joining will make your college experience even better. If you attend college in a city, go around and tour it because that will be your home for the next four years. Other than meeting friends you’ll also meet advisors and professors. They’ll make you feel comfortable and say they’re happy you’re here. They will invite you to visit them during their office hours, so go! They want to know more about you and help you.
There will also be times where you will get homesick and want to give up and there will be times where you will get a low grade on an assignment or lose a friend. You will make mistakes but will rise above them by taking care of yourself, giving yourself breaks, and making time to visit family. But this is a learning curve and you’re building for your future.
