There are so many positives to college but there are some obstacles that freshmans can encounter. To be a successful college student, you need to go to class, keep your dorm neat, stay up to date with your laundry, and juggle your school and social life. Balancing all these things can be overwhelming, especially if you come from a family that picks up after you. Also, it can be challenging being away from home. Being a freshman in college usually means the first time away from your family. Being homesick is very common. Face timing or calling family is a great way to connect with them. If you were to take anything away from this blog, time management and balance between school and social life are the biggest key points to success in college.
