Chancellor Miller addressed an audience of more than 200 faculty, staff and students in a second informational budget “town hall” session in the University Theatre on Friday morning (Feb. 20). After about 20 minutes of remarks, he opened the floor to a question and answer session, interspersed with remarks as gaps allowed.
