A Simple Recipe
Here is a version of the soup to get you started. For this recipe you’ll need a saucepan, whisk, and bowls.
The ingredients include:
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- ¼ teaspoon of soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoon water
Steps
- Gather your ingredients and utensils
- Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small saucepan.
- Bring saucepan to a boil over medium heat.
- In a separate bowl, stir cornstarch and water together until cornstarch is dissolved. Then add to the boiling broth.
- Slowly pour in beaten egg, stirring constantly whilst you add.
- Season with salt pepper, or other preferred seasonings.
- Serve hot, add fresh chives as garnish and enjoy!

This is a really interesting recipe that I don’t think I’ve ever heard of. May I just say, it looks absolutely delicious.
