Our grandparents are juniors!

Grandparent’s University (GPU) begins its junior (third) year this summer, July 24 and 25. Grandparents and grandchildren can register online or download a printable form to send in with payment. Deadline is July 1 but classes fill very early. Classes include Fiber Arts, Fantasy Maps, Furs, Feathers and Scales, and more! Direct registration questions to (920) 465-2775. UWGB Alumni and Friends – Trout Springs Winery event

From 4 to 7 p.m., Sunday, August 24, your Alumni Association welcomes you to Trout Springs Winery for wine tasting, hors d’oeuvres, tours of the winery, and music by members of the Dave Steffen’s Band. William Laatsch appointed interim provost at UW-Green Bay

William LaatschProf. William Laatsch (Urban and Regional Studies), the University’s longest-serving faculty member, has been named interim provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs. Laatsch, steps in upon the departure of Sue K. Hammersmith, who will assume the presidency of Metropolitan State University in Minnesota on July 1. Read more.
