Using WordPress Statistics

To use WordPress statistics:

  1. Login to your site
  2. Click on the “Plugins” menu option (If you don’t see it you don’t have permissions, please contact Web Dev)
  3. Find  “WordPress Statistics” in the list
  4. Click the “Activate” link
  5. Once activated you’ll see a new menu option on the left at the very bottom called “Statistics”
  6. Click that link to view your sites statistics

This plugin starts collecting data as soon as it is activated.  So you won’t see anything right away but when you check back later it will contain the data collected since you turned it on.  There is a multitude of information that the plugin collects a full feature list is below.


  • User Online
  • Today visit/visitors
  • Yesterday visit/visitors
  • Week Visit/visitors
  • Month Visit/visitors
  • Years Visit/visitors
  • Total Visit/visitors
  • Search Engine reffered (Google, Yahoo, Bing)
  • Coefficient statistics for each user
  • Total Posts
  • Total Pages
  • Total Comments
  • Total Spams Need installed akismet plugin
  • Total Users
  • Last Post Date (English, Persian)
  • Average Posts
  • Average Comments
  • Average Users
  • Visitor Browser View as chart
  • View search words
  • View Recent Visitors (Country and provincial visitor)
  • Send scheduling statistics by email/SMS
