		<description>I have to disagree with the author. While there are substantial subsidies for &quot;Green&quot; and renewable energy sources , there are still energy  efficient tax incentives for both commercial and residential building owners. The original legislation that encouraged efficiency was EPACT 2005, and the incentives have been renewed regularly. Check the 45L and 179D tax benefits, they are substantial, and do in fact incent efficient systems and reward them quite well.</description>

I&#039;ve got a friend who responded &quot;It has been proven that the earth naturally goes through stages of heating and cooling&quot;... That does mean we should help accelerate the natural occurrence, not only that but a hotter globe doesnt mean it will be friendly to human life or affect our food chain, air quality, etc...
