Executive Members

Co-President: Brianna Hansen

Brianna is a senior this year and Co-President for the Social Work Club of UWGB.  She loves to stay busy so a few other things about her is that she is also the Vice President for the sorority Zeta Omega Tau, she is currently an intern for Brown County Child Protection, and a Wish Granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation! Fun fact: Brianna has also been skydiving and visited Italy last Winter!


Co-President: Anne Zieglmeier

Anne is a senior in the Social Work Program here at UWGB. She is the youngest of three children and grew up in Wausau, Wisconsin. She has one dog, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, named Zoey. Anne works on campus doing multicultural recruitment in the Office of Admissions and she loves it! Some of her hobbiesinclude playing the piano, crocheting, shopping, and taking care of animals! She also loves spending time with her family and friends whenever possible. After graduation, she plans to go wherever life takes her and hopes to find a job that she loves.

Secretary: Nicole Diestler

Nicole is a senior this year and secretary of the Social Work Club at UWGB.  She will be graduating this spring with a major in Social Work and an emphasis in child welfare along with a minor in Human Development.  This year she will be interning at Advocates or Healthy Transitional Living working with adolescents who will be transitioning out of foster care.  Some of her hobbies are, spending time with her fiance on their hobby farm with their chickens, ducks, pigs, steers, and chocolate lab, Mona.  Fun Fact:She also enjoys horseback riding, camping, and binge watching Netflix.


Treasurer: Angela Hanson

Angela is interning at Brown county in the foster care unit. She volunteers at circles of support. A fun fact is that she likes new and exciting adventures. This summer she went white water rafting twice and next summer Angela is hoping to either go skydiving or paragliding among so many other things that she plans to someday cross off her bucket list



Diversity Coordinator: Deborah Fletcher

Deborah became an executive member of the Social Work Club in an effort to be more actively involved and more visible in the campus community. It is her desire to utilize the diversity coordinator position to impact students by challenging their awareness of diversity through speakers and different activities. Some of her favorite things to do are challenging herself through new experiences, hanging out with family, reading, watching Netflix, and traveling.

Volunteer Coordinator: Nikki Kahler

Nikki is a pescatarian, some hobbies of hers are drawing and painting, and she loves to run, play soccer and do yoga. She is from Wrightstown, Wisconsin. Nikki joined the club to get to know other members of the cohorts and other students not in the program. She is excited to gain leadership skills from her role as Volunteer Coordinator. Fun Fact: Nikki recently became a vegetarian


Web Coordinator: Savannah Hornbacher

Savannah is a senior in the Social Work program and will be an intern at Brown County in the Child Protective services ongoing unit. She became a member of the Social Work Club to be a more active voice and member of the University and Green Bay community. In her free time she enjoys reading, hanging out with friends, and taking naps. Fun Fact: Savannah is learning Spanish to help her when in the field.
