As a service to our families here at UWGB, we are providing an online subscription to Student Health 101 for both your student and yourself. Student Health 101 is a monthly health and wellness magazine just for college students and their parents. Each issue contains valuable information that will help your student make better decisions while in college, and can help you with a better understanding of the health and wellness challenges that face today’s students.
Each month, we’ll post the latest issue of the Student Health 101 to the UWGB Parents Blog. Please take a few minutes to read the issues each month, as we believe that they can be a valuable resource for you and your family.

thanks for good subject
Great post. I agree in your idea. Through this, students will be much aware about their surroundings and they can do something to prevent it.
Keep on posting. It really helps.
All the best!
Sue, I asked the Counseling and Health Center for a reply to your comment:
“Yes, our Counseling and Health Center has been approved to administer the H1N1 vaccine to students. However, we just received notice from the State Department of Health that it may take about 3 more weeks for our initial vaccine to arrive. Students will be notified through their student email account when the vaccine is available. Additional vaccine will continue to be ordered each week, if it runs out.”

I’m wondering if there will be H1N1 vaccine available for students at UW-GB or if I have to come and get my student to get his vaccination at home. Nothing has been updated here since September, unless I’m looking in the wrong place.
