Noticed that the Move-in Day 2009 post was receiving comments, so thought one for 2010 would be helpful…
So far, this is what’s been said:
Still don’t understand why move-in day has to be on a work day. My husband now has to miss it, which is really disappointing. He and our son are very close. I’d appreciate being able to understand how a weekday is chosen for move-in day, if not for my sake, but for future parents. -Mrs4444 (trying to get an “official” response for this, stay tuned see comments)
My brother had no problems at all! Thanks to all the helpful staff. -Donna Giarusso (wonderful!)
Didn’t receive the student help that was promised, but all turned out fine. -Virginia Kersten (sorry to hear that… what building? what time?)
I think it was nice to have that one last full weekend with our daughter and to have the move in day be special. -Emotionalfreedom (very nice)
