Derryl Block visits Peru

Dr. Derryl Block visited the Universidad Nacional De Tumbes in Tumbes, Peru. The University, Nursing School, and community partners warmly welcomed her and is excited about possible collaborative efforts.

There has been collaboration in teaching/learning with faculty and students from the Universidad Nacional de Tumbes (Tumbes, Peru) and the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. A manuscript about that has been developed, was accepted for publication by the Journal of Nursing Education, and is now posted on their website for subscribers. The printed article should be published within a few months.
