OIE Chili Cook-off!!! :)
The Office of International Education is holding the OIE Chili Cook-off on Wednesday, February 29th, 2012. Yes….it’s Leap Day Chili Day. Make sure you stop in to Cofrin Library 207 between the hours of 11:30 am to 1 pm. Try all the different chilis cooked by Brent, Kristy, Jemma, Gwen, OIE interns, and other UWGB staff. Make sure you vote for your favorite.

How did the cook off go? We have one here (in Columbia, SC) and I’ve been the past 4 years in a row. You pay $1 to get a sample. We usually leave sampling 5-10 different types of chili! My fav – venison. Yum-o!
