Faculty/staff note: Arendt
Lucy A. Arendt, assistant professor of Business Administration (management) recently attended and presented at the 36th Annual Conference of the Organizational Behavior Teaching Society in Charleston, S.C. Her presentation, “Learning by Doing: A “Sticky” Way for Students to Learn About Leadership” described the student-led seminar pedagogy that is used throughout her senior-level Seminar in Leadership class. Her co-presenter was Dr. Robin Sronce, a former colleague who is now an Assistant Professor at Drury University in Springfield, Mo.
