Occasionally, being chancellor is fun and games. On Wednesday as part of Inauguration Week, UW-Green Bay Chancellor Thomas K. Harden and his wife, Cathy, joined in festivities at a Meet the Chancellor event near Cloud Commons, the main campus dining room. Student organizations hosted carnival games, face painting and a trivia contest. Meanwhile, there were student jazz performances and a caricature artist. Children’s books were collected for a service project to donate to local school children. It was a refreshing interlude in an important week as Harden is invested as the University’s fifth chancellor. Thanks to Student Affairs Webmaster Todd Sanders for the link to the Flickr gallery.
