Public Safety seminar on violence prevention
Students, faculty and staff are invited to attend a UW-Green Bay Public Safety presentation on “Disruptive People, Threats and Violence on Campus,” from 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesday (Oct. 14) in Rose Hall 250. The program will focus on prevention, identification and resolution of disruptions and violent incidents. The multimedia presentation will provide attendees with information, techniques and coping strategies to make our campus community safer by discussing:
• Changing the UW-Green Bay campus community
• Communication barriers
• Signs of people in crisis
• Reporting behaviors of concern
