Flags flew at half-staff recently at UW-Green Bay and other state institutions as a mark of respect for State Trooper Jorge Dimas. He died unexpectedly while convalescing from injuries suffered in a motor vehicle crash while on duty (for the State Patrol’s Northwest Region, in Polk County) in May.
