It was a wonderful night and warm atmosphere when UW-Green Bay alumni were recognized for their distinguished accomplishments at Alumni Awards Night Saturday, April 28, at the Weidner Center for the Performing Arts. Distinguished Alumni honorees Maria Hinton ’79 and Dr. Mokenge Malafa ’82 were honored, along with Outstanding Recent Alumni Award recipients Jacqueline Frank ’00 and Dr. Laura Rammer ’01.

More than 130 people got a behind-the-scenes look at UW-Green Bay’s Cabaret April 20, attending the Backstage Pass event that followed the show’s opening night at the Weidner Center for the Performing Arts. Attendees got the chance to rub elbows with the cast, crew and directorial team of the groundbreaking musical while enjoying live singing performances, a variety of German desserts and a selection of beverages.
