Chancellor Thomas K. Harden has signed an international memorandum of understanding with representatives from the Universidad Nacional de Tumbes in Tumbes, Peru, which may lead to educational collaboration between the schools.
Monday’s signing ceremony between Chancellor Harden and Rector Napoleón Puño Lecarnaqué provides the framework for activities that could benefit both schools.
