Dr. Holstead is looking for one student to serve as Research Assistant for Fall 2018. Responsibilities will include:

  • assisting with data collection, data cleaning, and data analysis
  • writing reports and presentations
  • attending weekly meetings
  • other related work.Applicants must be psychology or human development majors at UW-Green Bay.

  • Priority will go to students who are detail-oriented, strong academically, organized, and have strong writing skills.

Summer 2018 Research Assistants for Dr. Holstead

Dr. Holstead is looking for one to three students to serve as Research Assistant for Summer 2018. The Research Assistants can earn 1, 2, or 3 credits (depending on your availability) or be non-credit based.

Psychology in the Schools: Independent Study Opportunity

PSYC 498: Independent Study: Psychology in the Schools

In Fall 2018, Dr. Holstead will be providing a 3-credit independent study opportunity entitled Psychology in the Schools. Students will learn about the fields of school counseling and school psychology, including topics such as the achievement gap, inequalities in schools, special education services, school discipline, behavior analysis, mental health in school, and interventions for developmental stages.
