CRM Administrator

This position reports to Admissions Operations Assistant Director and provides functional support for the Office of Admissions customer relationship management system and the integrations from various systems that supply data for use recruitment, communication, and analysis.  The position also maintains the CRM’s (Customer Relationship Manager) day-to-day business processes and is responsible for data integrity and security including, but not limited to: record consolation, import of various datasets, mapping, email and text message deployment, development and maintenance of queries, reports, fields, prompts, forms, rules, etc.

Configures, integrates, administers, and provides advanced and varied consultation, project management, and operational support of highly complex applications or services with a large number of users. Anticipates issues and devises resolution methodology to support the business operations of the institution.

This position is responsible for maximizing the available technology for the purpose of recruiting students to UW-Green Bay.  A special emphasis is placed on developing and implementing robust applications for the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software, along with developing reports to support analysis of KPI and ROI.

Campus Administrative Officer (Marinette Campus)

The Campus Administrative Officer at the Local Campus reports to the Vice Chancellor for Advancement and serves as a liaison between the Local Branch Campus, the greater local/regional community, and University. This position will develop and deploy a strategic advancement plan for friends and donors of the University with an added focus on the Local campus which is aligned with UW-Green Bay strategy and leverages the University’s approach in support of student access and success, institutional growth, and community engagement. This position is responsible for building impactful community relationships, creating connections with educational entities that can lead to the recruitment of students, soliciting and securing gifts and pledges, and providing regular stewardship of donors and their gifts.

In addition to advancement activities, this position will be responsible for broad daily oversight over the Local campus operations, including responsibility for select operational functions as necessary to assure smooth campus operations. This position will also support recruitment efforts by working closely with the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Services and the UW-Green Bay recruitment team to maintain and improve high school and community relations, and identify enrollment opportunities and obstacles in an effort to provide potential solutions. The Campus Administrative Officer also provides input and feedback to the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs and Inclusion to support student life initiatives on the local campus and to the Executive Director of marketing and communications on marketing and branding. This position consults with internal and external stakeholders in support of addressing priorities and solving complex problems while ensuring alignment with institutional goals.

Temporary Police Officer

This position reports to the Operations Police Sergeant and enforces laws, investigates complaints and incidents, maintains order, identifies criminal activity, and apprehends and arrest offenders to ensure safety and security on all institutional properties. This is a sworn law enforcement position under the general direction of a ranking officer or supervisor.

Department Assistant – Behavioral Health Training Partnership

Assistant Professor – Computer Science (2 Vacancies)

The Resch School of Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay seeks applicants for two tenure-track positions in Computer Science, beginning in January 2023.  All areas in Computer Science will be considered, however, the area of cybersecurity, software engineering, and machine learning will be given special attention. Program Specialist, WI Training Registries (2 Vacancies – 1 Full-time, Ongoing; 1 6-Month, Temporary)

The Wisconsin Training Registries department of the Continuing Education and Community Engagement division is looking to hire two Program Specialist, one in an ongoing role and one in a temporary role. These positions report to the Director of the Wisconsin Training Registries and deliver and assist with planning outreach program activities, curriculum development, ensures adherence to policy, and assists with program administration to promote stable and productive relationships between the university and local community. Strives to expand and ensure access to programs, facilities, and educational services to diverse audiences.

This position will primarily be responsible for working in collaboration with the Wisconsin Training Registries Director to implement the initiatives of the Wisconsin Training Registries by assisting with operating goals, objectives, and protocols. This position is responsible for relating a high level of assisted living knowledge to constituents, associations, and organizations regarding the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. The individual will serve as a liaison with internal and external constituencies on matters assigned by the Wisconsin Training Registries Director. Audiences will include assisted living facilities, community-based residential facilities, home and community-based services, adult protective services and staff, among others.
