This position reports to the Building and Grounds Superintendent and is responsible for the performance of HVAC preventative maintenance and repair work. This includes inspecting, maintaining, repairing, performing preventative maintenance and assisting with minor installations of HVAC projects. This position will also maintain the campus energy power generators, above ground fuel storage tanks and vacuum pumps.
