This position reports to the Assistant Director of Admissions and Recruitment and serves as a Career Coach in Green Bay Public Schools via our Turbocharge agreement. Other duties include recruiting students and providing support for prospects as they progress through the admissions process. Advise on academic planning, programs, and requirements for all degree options. Attend on-going, campus recruitment events, as a representative of UW-Green Bay with partner institutions to increase branding awareness and build recruitment pipeline. Strategically use CRM as a primary and effective means of recruitment. Use CRM Analytics to track and evaluate recruitment data allowing for identification of recruitment trends and better decision making. The person in this position must be proficient in speaking, reading and writing both the English and Spanish languages.
