On August 19, 2019, the Communication and Information Science department welcomes Joseph Yoo as an Assistant Professor in Communication and Information Science.
Joseph comes to UW-Green Bay from the University of Texas at Austin where he spent 6 years. He holds a MA and PhD (ABD), School of Journalism, Moody College of Communication, The University of Texas at Austin.
In his free time, Joseph enjoys baseball, biking, hiking, and running. He is involved in the Austin Korean Presbyterian Church.
Joseph is originally from Seoul, Republic of Korea and was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His family includes his father, mother, and one younger brother. He is a sports fan which includes being a Packer fan and also a Vikings Fan.
