The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay has a current vacancy for a full-time, first-shift Custodian Lead. This position works under the general supervision of the Custodial Services Supervisor and is responsible for relaying instructions from supervisors to the Custodial staff. This position must exhibit high standards in performing job duties, clean assigned areas according to department standards, and be able to organize job duties to fit time allowed. Excellent customer services is necessary for this position as you will be interacting with outside constituencies. This position must be physically able to perform all aspects of the job duties, able to read and comprehend written instructions, write instructions for Custodial staff, use and learn to use all department equipment according to instructions, follow all safety rules, and report safety violations or equipment repairs to supervisor.
