Assistant Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Services

This position reports to the Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and is responsible for the leadership, integration, and coordination of student recruitment, enrollment, and retention efforts at UW-Green Bay. The Assistant Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Services (AVCES) serves as the senior enrollment officer for the campus and is a member of the Administrative Council. The AVCES oversees Admissions, Registrar, Advising, GBOSS, and Financial Aid and works collaboratively with others in senior campus administration, the deans of academic units, the graduate school, international education, faculty leadership, and related campus partners to promote enrollment management as a comprehensive approach toward meeting UW-Green Bay’s strategic goals. The AVCES develops and implements strategic planning initiatives and performs these responsibilities in an ethical manner consistent with the institutions mission, vision, values, and goals. As such, the AVCES mobilizes and energizes an integrated network of University employees and friends to actively recruit students and meet enrollment goals.
